When purchasing from our online store, we want you to know that we do everything we can to ensure that your new purchase will arrive safely and in the quickest possible time. As all of our products are different weights and sizes and our customers are located Australia wide, freight charges vary. However, we guarantee that we will deliver your purchases in the speediest and most cost effective manner, either by courier or registered post. Generally speaking, larger items will be delivered by courier and smaller items by registered post.
An example of our delivery costs to capital cities, based on a parcel up to 15kg, can be seen below (Our product weights range from 500gms to 25kg). This chart will give you an indication of our freight prices. Please note that outer lying or country areas, maybe slightly higher. Once you have processed your order, we will email you the exact price and method of delivery. If you have a preferred method of delivery, please feel free to note it in the “delivery instructions” section of your order.

We would suggest that you check the packaging and invoice before opening your product to ensure it is what you have ordered. Unfortunately in the event that you have ordered incorrectly or the product does not suit your needs, repackaging of returned items will incur a 20% processing fee. If you are not installing your products straight away (e.g. you may be waiting on a contractor) please check your products are all in working order as we have a 7 day return policy. A full refund will be given, less the return freight cost.
Q: How do I work my delivery costs if I purchase online?
A: The above chart is indicative of our freight costs for a 15kg parcel. Once you have processed your order and selected whether you want your goods delivered by post or courier, we will email you to confirm your freight costs.
Q: Can I buy from your website and have products shipped overseas?
A: Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept overseas orders.
Q: Can I have my purchases delivered to a post office box?
A: To ensure your purchases arrive safely we deliver them direct to your door. For your own protection we have arranged that deliveries both by courier and registered mail must be signed for so we know your purchases arrive to the right person.
Q: If I buy more than one product do I pay freight on each item?
A: We calculate freight on the total weight of your order.
Q: If I buy multiple products and something is out of stock, do I pay freight on both deliveries?
A: As our freight system is based on weight, it will make no difference to the cost if we place part or your purchase on back order and deliver it to you when we receive new stocks.
Q: What do I do if the product is delivered and it is damaged?
A: We take all possible care to ensure your products are delivered to you in good working order. However, if you receive your delivery and it is damaged, please contact our store immediately and quote your invoice number. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days with the complete packaging and contents as supplied. When goods are returned to the store they will be inspected and if damaged we will send out a replacement free of charge. If we find that the returned goods are not faulty, we will only charge you the freight fee.
Q: If I order from your online store and then find that the product doesn’t suit my needs, what do I do?
A: If you receive your purchase and it is not suitable, contact our store and advise them that you will be returning it. Returns must be made within 7 days. If the package is unopened, we will refund your money less the freight costs. If it is opened, you must return it in the original packaging with all contents as originally supplied. We will refund you your money less freight costs and a 20% processing fee.
Q: If I find that I need to return my purchase at a later date due to a manufacturer’s fault and need to claim on my warranty, what do I do?
A: All purchases made through our online store still are covered by manufacturer’s warranty as if you had purchased the from our retail store. Please contact our store and they will advise the processing procedure.
Q: How long will it take before I receive my purchase?
A: We make every effort to get your goods to you as soon as possible. In most cases delivery by courier will be next day. Registered post may take 2 – 3 days. |
